Q1: Are you a factory of trading company?

A1: ZJHK is profesional factory in Wenzhou China from 2011. We focus on heavy duty connector only and always offer the most competitive price and good after-sales service to customers all round the world.
Q2: How does your factory manage quality control? And how long is the quality guarantee?
A2: 12 month warranty. And all our products are 100% inspected and tested before selling.
Q3: When can I get the price?
A3: During 8:00 am to 17:00 pm, your inquiry will be response within 2 hours, not less than 12 hours.
Q4: How long is the deliver time?
A4. It usually takes about 1 working days for sample order and 3- 15 days for big order.
Q5: What is the price of shipping?
A5: For small order, we would like to deliver by DHL/TNT/FEDEX. It is expensive but door to door service. For big order, we advise to ship by sea and sea freight will be depends on destination port and generally speaking, sea freight is very cheap compare to goods value.
Q6: Could you accept OEM?
A6: Yes, Our company are always welcome OEM per customre design.
