1. Q: Do you have a catalogue? Can you send me the catalogue to have a check of all your products?
A: Yes , We have product catalogue. Please contact us online or send email to enable us send the catalogue.
2. Q: I need your price list of all your products, do you have a price list ?
A: We do have a price list of all of our products. But due to US rate and our material price changes every day. Pls confirm with us for the final price before an official order.
3. Q: I can’t find the product on your catalogue, can you make a special desgin for me?
A: Our catalogue shows all of our standard connectors. OEM is welcomed please just let us know what kind of connector do you want, and how many qty do you want. We can open mold according to your samples and usually a new sample and molding will take 30 days.
4. Q : Can you make customized logo and packing?
A: Yes, customer name and logo is available. We have stick machine and laser printing machines at our workshop. Before offical order, we will prepare a sample with your logo for your reference.
5. Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes, we can provide samples. Usually we can provide you 2pcs free for quality checking. You just need to pay the freight charges. If you want many qty or each piece for all models, we will charge for the samples.
6. Q: What kind of payment do you accept ? Can I pay RMB ?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal. And you can pay us in RMB or in Euro, its ok.
7. Q : What about your delivery time?
A: We have plenty of stock. We can send small order within 1 working days. If without stock,or stock is not enough, we will need 7~15 days upon your qty.
8. Q : How to ship my order ? Is it safe?
A: For small order, we will deliver it by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, which provide Door to Door service ( Customs duties and taxes will be on your bill). For bulk order, we will send them by Air or By sea with export standard cartons. You can be assued of our packing, it is strong and never had a problem.
9. Q : Can you provide Certificate of Origin?
A:Yes, We can offer C/O, as well as CE certificate.
